Noviso commits to process the personal data of a subject only if at least one of the following situations applies
Special categories of personal data (where applicable) and personal data not received from the data subject shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16 years old. If no legal retention period applies, we will process your personal data at least as long as there is a contractual relationship.
For direct marketing purposes, the retention period is 7 years. We will no longer use your e-mail address if we receive an error message at this address.
Noviso only shares personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement or in order to comply with a legal obligation.
In the event that links are established with other websites, Noviso shall not be liable for the privacy practices of these websites.

In order to make sure that you have submitted the request yourself, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. Noviso will respond to your request as soon as possible.
